Terms of Use

Adorn Aesthetics Hampshire in Whitchurch Logo

Welcome to The Adorn Aesthetics Hampshire. By booking an appointment or engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure transparency, fairness and the highest standard of care. Please read them carefully.

These services are provided by Adorn Aesthetics Hampshire Ltd (“the clinic”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12871113.

  • Clinic address: 38 London Street, Whitchurch, Hampshire RG28 7LN.

  • To secure an appointment, you will be asked to provide your details, including full name, date of birth, address and contact information.

  • On booking, you will receive a medical history form, which must be completed before your appointment. This is essential for safe consultation and treatment planning.

  • Full details of how we handle your information, including data storage and your rights, are set out in our Privacy Policy.

  • New patients are seen for a dedicated consultation and assessment. A consultation fee of £30 is payable at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • This fee covers the practitioners time, clinical assessment and personalised advice. It is charged whether or not you go on to have treatment and is not redeemed against or deducted from the cost of any subsequent treatment.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, the notice requirements in section 5 apply. Where a consultation is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or you do not attend, the fee is retained to reflect the reserved clinical time. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights (see section 5).

  • A consultation does not guarantee that treatment will subsequently be recommended or provided (see section 7).

  • Treatment appointments are available to returning patients who have already been assessed as suitable for treatment. A £30 booking fee is payable at the time of booking your appointment. This fee is redeemable against the cost of your treatment on the day.

  • If you are unsure whether a particular treatment is suitable for you due to a change in circumstance, e.g. medical condition, new medications or any other circumstance that may affect your suitability, please contact us before booking or arrange a consultation.

  • Where a patient attends a treatment appointment but is subsequently assessed as unsuitable for treatment, treatment may be postponed or declined. The booking fee may be retained to reflect the clinical time reserved for the appointment, subject to our Booking & Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer rights.

  • Where at least 72 hours' notice is given, your £30 booking or consultation fee can either be refunded or transferred to one alternative appointment date, subject to availability.

  • Late Cancellations (Less than 72 Hours): Cancellations or requests to rearrange made with less than 72 hours' notice will normally result in the £30 booking fee being retained. A new £30 fee will be required should you wish to book a further appointment.

  • Pre-paid courses - If you have purchased a pre-paid course, the usual cancellation policy will still apply and will result in an additional fee being charged.

  • We reserve the right to decline further bookings where there is a pattern of repeated late cancellations or non-attendance.

  • Please allow sufficient time to arrive for your appointment. If you arrive late, we may not be able to proceed with your appointment if there is insufficient time to provide the treatment safely and appropriately. Where we are unable to proceed with your appointment due to late arrival, your booking fee may be forfeited and a new booking fee may be required to arrange another appointment.

Where possible, we will always try to be understanding in exceptional circumstances.

  • After booking your treatment, you will receive pre and post-treatment information relating to your chosen treatment. You are responsible for reading this information carefully and following any relevant instructions before attending.

  • Some treatments may require you to avoid or modify certain activities, medications, alcohol, sun exposure or other factors for a specified period before treatment. You should also consider the timing of your treatment in relation to holidays, work commitments, social events or other important plans, as some treatments may cause temporary swelling, bruising, redness or other effects.

  • If you attend without having followed the necessary pre-treatment requirements, we may be unable to safely proceed. Where an appointment cannot proceed due to this, the applicable Cancellation Policy will apply set out in section 5.

  • As a courtesy, routine reviews for botulinum toxin treatments are available within 2-3 weeks post treatment. This review window is for assessment; any adjustment remains at the practitioners discretion and is not a guarantee of additional product.

  • Please do not attend if you are unwell, including with a cold, cold sore or skin infection, as treatment may be unsafe or contraindicated. Contact us as early as possible so we can rearrange your appointment.

  • Patient safety is our priority. We provide high-quality, evidence-based treatments tailored to individual needs. We may decline to provide a treatment where, in our clinical judgement, your expectations cannot be safely met, the treatment is not in your best interests, or a safe and satisfactory result cannot be achieved.

  • We will assess your suitability for treatment based on the information you provide, your medical history, your current circumstances and our professional clinical judgement.

  • We reserve the right to postpone, modify or decline treatment where:

- Treatment is clinically contraindicated;

- We believe treatment would not be in your best interests;

- Your medical history or current circumstances indicate that treatment may be unsafe;

- Necessary pre-treatment requirements have not been followed;

- Your expectations cannot reasonably be met;

- A treatment is not appropriate for your individual needs; or

- We do not believe a safe and satisfactory outcome can reasonably be achieved.

Where appropriate, we will explain the reason for postponing or declining treatment and may recommend an alternative treatment, further consultation or referral.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your medical history, medication, allergies, previous treatments and any other information reasonably required to assess your suitability.

  • If your circumstances change between booking and attending your appointment, you should inform us as soon as possible. Failure to provide relevant information may affect our ability to safely provide treatment.

  • If information provided before or during an appointment indicates that treatment should not proceed, we may postpone or decline treatment.

  • Factors including anatomy, skin characteristics, lifestyle, medical history, previous treatments and individual healing responses can influence the outcome of aesthetic treatments.

  • We cannot guarantee a particular aesthetic result or that a treatment will achieve a patient's preferred or anticipated outcome.

  • Before treatment, we will discuss the expected outcome, relevant limitations and any appropriate alternatives based on your individual circumstances.

  • Treatment decisions will be based on what is considered clinically appropriate rather than solely on a requested aesthetic outcome.

  • Our treatment fees cover the full treatment process, including consultation, advice, the safe delivery of evidence-based procedures and appropriate aftercare.

  • Aesthetic outcomes are individual and cannot be guaranteed. We do not offer refunds simply because a result has not met a personal expectation, where the treatment has been carried out appropriately and with reasonable care and skill.

  • Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to services performed with reasonable care and skill. If something has gone wrong, please raise it with us so we can put it right (see section 17).

  • Treatment prices may vary depending on the treatment recommended and the individual treatment plan. This will be confirmed with you at your consultation, once your practitioner has assessed your needs and agreed a treatment plan with you.

  • Payment for any treatment received on the day is payable in full at the time of your appointment. Package treatments are paid as set out in section 12.

  • Treatments are priced per area and the desired outcome. Any remaining product cannot be used in another treatment area.
    Additional areas are charged separately.

  • Course and package treatments are paid for in full, either before or at the first appointment of the package.

  • If you decide you do not wish to complete your course of treatments, you will be charged the full usual cost of one treatment, as set at the time of booking, and will only receive a partial refund of the difference.

  • Where an additional syringe may be offered at a discounted cost for a particular area, the discount is only valid when using this syringe in the same appointment.

  • When booking a discounted package (such as Profile Balancing), all treatments must go ahead in the same appointment.

  • We provide treatments to adults aged 18 and over only. We may request proof of age where appropriate.

  • For patients aged 18 to 25, we carry out enhanced screening and consultation.

  • Children are not permitted in treatment rooms.

  • Please do not bring children to the clinic unless they are old enough to remain safely unsupervised in the waiting area.

  • Clinical photographs may be taken where appropriate as part of your assessment, treatment planning, clinical records or monitoring of treatment outcomes.

  • We will only use your images for any other purpose, such as marketing or education with your consent. You may decline consent for non-clinical use of your images without this affecting your treatment or care.

  • We aim to respond to telephone calls, emails and messages during our normal business hours. Messages received outside these hours are monitored where possible.

  • For urgent concerns about a treatment you have had with us, such as unusual or severe pain, skin blanching, or any sign of a possible complication, contact us without delay via phone or Whatsapp on 01256599000 so we can advise you or arrange to see you promptly.

  • In a medical emergency, including any severe, sudden or life-threatening symptom, call 999 or NHS 111 immediately. The clinic is not an emergency service.

  • We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards aggressive, abusive or threatening behaviour. This includes verbal abuse, shouting or offensive language; physical intimidation or assault; harassment, including online abuse; and disrespectful or hostile conduct.

  • Where such behaviour occurs, we reserve the right to end the appointment immediately and to take further action, including declining future appointments.

  • We welcome feedback, which can be given in person, by email, or by leaving a Google review.

  • If you have a complaint, please tell us as soon as possible so we can address it. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and to resolve them within 14 days. A copy of our Complaints Policy is available on request.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
