CANCELLATION POLICY:

TREATMENT APPOINTMENTS: £50 fee is required when booking treatment appointments, and is redeemable against the final cost of treatment on the day. This is non-refundable, however it can be transferred to an alternative appointment if rescheduled at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. 

CONSULTATIONS: Consultations cost £10, however this fee can be redeemed against the cost of treatment, should you wish to go ahead. This fee is non-refundable, however it can be transferred to a new consultation appointment if rescheduled at least 72 hours prior. 

LATE CANCELLATIONS - All booking fees will be lost if you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment, and you will be required to pay a new fee should you wish to book in again. 

If you are unsure whether you are a suitable candidate for a specific treatment, please get in touch or book a consultation first. If you book a treatment appointment and are deemed unsuitable, your booking fee will be retained to cover the time of the appointment (as per the cancellation policy)
